Frequently asked questions
Short, straight answers. If something is missing, the methodology page goes into more detail.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating an account is free and there is no paid plan. All features in the app (AI analyses, the stock portfolio, forex and CFD practice, alerts, history and backtests) are available on the free account.
Can I trade real money?
No. Every balance in the app is virtual. The app is not connected to any broker, and you cannot deposit or withdraw money. It is a place to research and practise.
Is this financial advice?
No. The analyses are generated by AI for education and practice. They do not take your finances, goals or risk tolerance into account. Do your own research and consider a regulated adviser before trading real money.
What does the conviction score mean?
It is the AI decision-maker's own confidence in its call, from 0 to 100. It is not a probability that the trade will win and has not been calibrated against real results. See what conviction means.
How many agents analyse each symbol?
Nine. Stocks have a team of nine (four analysts, a bull and bear debate with a moderator, a risk manager and a portfolio manager). Forex and CFDs have a different team of nine focused on short-term price action, volatility and economic events.
Which markets can I analyse?
Stocks by their Yahoo Finance ticker (for example AAPL), ten forex pairs (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, AUDUSD, USDCAD, NZDUSD, EURGBP, EURJPY, GBPJPY), and CFDs on five stock indices (US 500, US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, Germany 40, UK 100), gold, silver, WTI oil, natural gas, Bitcoin and Ethereum. A stock only works if the free data source has prices for it.
How fresh are the prices?
Prices come from Yahoo Finance's free public data and can be delayed. Each report shows when it was run. Details on data sources and freshness.
What is the difference between HOLD and NO TRADE?
For stocks, HOLD means keep a position you already have, but do not open a new one. For forex and CFDs, the same signal is shown as NO TRADE: there is no new setup worth taking right now.
Are practice results realistic?
Only partly. Orders fill at the latest quote with no spread, commission, swap or slippage, so results will look better than real trading. Read the practice trading rules.
Is the demo on the homepage real analysis?
No. The homepage demo is a fixed, illustrative sample so you can see the report layout without an account. Real analyses run on live data after you sign in, take about a minute, and can be run for any supported symbol.
What happens when an analysis fails?
If data cannot be loaded or the final AI step fails, the report says so and no verdict is shown. Failed runs are labelled as failed in your history rather than shown as a result.
What data do you keep about me?
Your name, email, a hashed password, sign-in history, and the analyses, practice trades, alerts and settings you create. See privacy & terms.
