Privacy & terms
A plain-language summary of what the app stores and the basis on which you use it.
Draft disclosures. These policies describe how this educational, virtual-money simulation currently works. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change.
Who we are
The service is provided under the brand TradingAgents++ (TradingAutoPlus), operating from England & Wales, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
Privacy: what we store
- Account: your name, email address and a one-way hashed password (the password itself is never stored).
- Security: a sign-in history with the time, IP address, browser/device description and whether the attempt succeeded. This is used to lock accounts after repeated failed attempts and to warn you about sign-ins from new devices.
- Your activity: the analyses you run (including each agent's report), practice trades and positions, price alerts, notifications and your settings.
- Sessions: a signed session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. Changing your password signs out your other sessions.
Privacy: how it is used
- To run the app for you: show your history, portfolio, positions and alerts.
- To send the emails you have switched on (trading alerts) and security emails (for example a new-device sign-in or a password change), through the hosting platform's email service.
- To generate analyses, the symbol and its market data are sent to an AI model provider through the hosting platform. Your name and email are not included in those requests.
- The app does not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers and does not sell your data.
You can change notification preferences and your password on the Settings page. To ask for a copy of your data, or to have your account and data deleted, email [email protected].
Terms of use
- Education and practice only. Content is AI-generated and provided for information. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
- Virtual money only. All balances are simulated. There is no real-money trading, no broker connection, and no deposits or withdrawals.
- No guarantee of accuracy. Market data comes from free, unofficial sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. AI output can contain mistakes. Conviction scores are not probabilities.
- Practice results are not predictive. The simulator ignores spreads, commissions, financing and slippage, and fills at the latest quote. Results would differ in real markets.
- Leveraged products are high risk. In real markets, forex and CFDs can lose money rapidly because of leverage, and losses can exceed what you expect.
- Your decisions are your own. If you trade real money elsewhere, you are responsible for those decisions. Consider independent advice from a regulated professional.
- Governing law. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England & Wales, United Kingdom (draft, subject to legal review).
- Fair use. Do not try to break, overload or misuse the service, or access other people's accounts.
How the analysis and simulator work is explained on the methodology & limitations page.
